YardDone

Terms of Service

Effective date: October 1, 2026

These Terms explain how YardDone service requests, quotes, scheduling, recurring lawn mowing, and payments work. Your accepted quote or service proposal contains the specific details and price for your job.

1. Service requests, estimates, and quotes

A service request is a request for review and is not, by itself, a confirmed appointment. YardDone may ask for more information, photos, or an on-site estimate before providing a price.

A quote describes the service, price, and any other job-specific terms. When you accept a quote, you authorize YardDone to proceed with the work described in that quote, subject to any legally required cancellation rights. The accepted quote controls if it differs from these general Terms.

For lawn mowing, the first-mow price is for the first visit only. Any recurring service and its per-visit price begin only after you separately accept YardDone's regular-service proposal.

2. Lawn mowing scope and yard condition

Unless your quote says otherwise, a lawn-mowing visit includes mowing the agreed lawn area, edging, string trimming around suitable obstacles, and blowing grass clippings from hard surfaces. Bagging, hauling, or removing yard waste is not included unless the quote specifically says it is.

Prices assume the lawn is in ordinary, serviceable condition. Tall grass, heavy overgrowth, wet conditions, blocked access, or other conditions that materially change the work may require a revised price or a different service plan. YardDone will explain any additional charge and get your approval before doing the additional work. If you do not approve it, YardDone may limit or reschedule the work and will discuss the available options with you.

3. Scheduling and changes

A requested or preferred date is not confirmed until YardDone confirms it. Weather, unsafe conditions, access issues, equipment problems, or other circumstances may require a schedule change. YardDone will contact you to arrange an alternative date when reasonably possible.

For a scheduled mowing visit, you may request a different date, skip or cancel an individual visit, or pause recurring service through the customer service link when available. Requests made less than 72 hours before a visit need an explanation and may require direct review. A requested change does not take effect until YardDone confirms it; the existing visit remains scheduled while the request is pending.

You may request cancellation of recurring mowing at any time. YardDone will review and confirm the request. Future visits are removed after cancellation is processed; a visit that is already scheduled remains in place until YardDone confirms how it will be handled.

4. Payment

Unless your accepted quote states otherwise, payment is due after the service is completed. YardDone currently accepts cash, check, Venmo, or Cash App. You may ask YardDone for a card-payment link; the payment provider will show the amount due before you submit payment.

No card fee is stated in these Terms. Any payment-related fee will be disclosed before you choose that payment method and will be handled as required by applicable law.

5. Customer responsibilities

Please provide accurate contact and property information, ensure that YardDone can safely access the agreed work area, secure pets, and point out known hazards or areas that should be avoided. Remove toys, hoses, and other movable items from the work area when possible.

Please tell YardDone about any property-specific instructions before work begins. YardDone may pause or decline work if conditions are unsafe or access is unavailable.

6. Questions and these Terms

Use the question or request-more-information option on your YardDone service page to contact us about a project or these Terms.

These Terms provide general service information. They do not waive consumer rights or replace any written contract, notice, or cancellation rights required by law. Any required job-specific contract or notice will be provided separately. If a provision of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent allowed by law.

YardDone may update these Terms. The Terms in effect when you accept a quote or recurring-service proposal apply to that accepted service, unless you and YardDone agree otherwise in writing or the law requires otherwise.

These general Terms are not a substitute for legal advice or any project-specific contract or notice required by California law.
